I walked into my first yoga class as a freshman in college looking to fulfill a general education credit. After twelve years I felt the next step in my practice was to share through teaching. My classes are aimed at focusing the mind through breath and body awareness. Once we begin to quiet the mind we can continue to turn inward and develop into a more aware, loving, compassionate being.

Class Description
This Vinyasa Flow class is accessible for all levels of practitioner. The first half of class we will build the poses structurally, imprinting the alignment points in our bodies. We will utilize the breath to hold the pose while we build strength. The second half of class we join the asana in a fluid sequence and flow following the breath. This class is led with music.
