Class Description:
With a combination of grounding rootedness, and reaching for heavenly heights, both physically and existentially, devotional flow classes will take you on a journey, because in my life, everyday is an adventure.

You will be invited to receive, connect with, and express yourself, to sweat, find peace and quiet, andperhaps even feel you've passed through a full spectrum of archetypes, playing the characters of your childhood imagination. You will be activated, and energized for your morning and reinvigorated for reawakened for your afternoon.

Mia Magik is a visionary storyteller and Mastress of Ceremonies who weaves tales through the body and spirit in each yoga flow. On a mission, through personal evolution, to inspire others to believe in themselves and in magic, she holds hope and space for transformation with every interaction. Each classincorporates meditation, visualization and a variety of holistic techniques to heal wounds which can be stuck in the body and keep us from living our dreams and interacting harmoniously.

Yoga completely changed, and perhaps saved, my life. After extensive injuries, yoga brought me back into my body, reminded me to connect with it, and returning that same gift to others is one of the greatest blessings. My intention with this incarnation is to be a muse for the modern magik we are all capable of cultivating within ourselves. Through an amalgamation of Ancient Wisdom and present day potential, we all have the power to manifest exactly the reality we desire, and may it be for the highest good of all beings.

I have been a student of Hatha, Bhakti, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa yoga, and a dedicated devotee of Mother Earth so there will be emphasis on the healthiest alignment for your body, to deepen and sensually experience your practice on the mat, and when you go about your day to day.

I have the utmost gratitude for this lineage of teachers I am honored to join, Bryan Kest, Govind Das, (who will always have a special place in my heart for bringing me to the medicine of Kirtan) and all the saints and sages of our traditions.
