TUSLI

TULSI BAGNOLI, MA
This fourth generation meditator has been practicing yoga and meditation since the age of four and teaching professionally throughout the US and India for the past 13 years. Tulsi is passionate about the practice of living yoga and helping people awaken to the untapped energy that flows within us all.

This Hatha Yoga practice combines asana, movement, breathwork, mantra, kriya, and a series of practices that communicate her unique experience and understanding of the yoga of feeling. Participants will learn to integrate breath, yoga posture, and heart feeling to strengthen the body, release constricting emotions, practice acceptance of what is, while moving into openness, and invoking gratitude in the fabric of one's being.

Lasya yoga, the yoga of grace, is an elevating class where students explore methods of the 8-limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga, while cultivating flexibility, core strength and connection to Spirit through deep awareness and breath. This style is a graceful, yet vibrant integration of solar and lunar energies in the mind, body and soul.
All levels are welcome.

Bio:
Tulsi was first initiated into yoga and meditation by her parents at the age of four, however, it wasn't until her late teens, after incurring a debilitating neck injury, that the spark for the divine was reignited within her. Through her dedication to the path and growth, Tulsi was guided to become a teacher of Meditation and Hatha Yoga at the age of 20.

She continued on to receive a Master's Degree in Vedic Science with an emphasis in Sanskrit chanting, a 200 hour Vinyasa Krama Yoga teacher training with Ramaswami Srivatsa, in the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, and a 300 hour certification in Sattva Yoga, with Anand Mehrotra, in the foothills of the Himalayas. After a lifetime of being immersed in the sacred Vedic sciences, Tulsi's passion and curiosity led her to dive deeper into Jyotish (Vedic Astrology), Ayurveda and breathwork, studying with world renown mentors and teachers.

Tulsi is grateful to have been blessed to study and sit with the many gifted teachers who have paved the way for her. It is through grace and their guidance that she is able to share her experience and offer her deepest gifts in service. Hari Aum.
