Sarah is deeply grateful for the opportunity to teach in the most exciting, authentic and soulful studio, Bhakti Yoga Shala. Sarah’s classes are fun and invigorating. They reflect her creativity, passion for life and dedication to personal growth. As an artist, Sarah is inspired by color and movement which come through in her teaching and the beautiful backdrop of Bhakti Yoga Shala.
Sarah has been practicing yoga since 1999 and is constantly awed by the gifts it brings into her life. At first it was merely exercise that felt good. Over time, it has become her lifeline, that spiritual “coffee” fix she can’t live without. Yoga gave Sarah the courage to leave the corporate world and carve her own life path.
Her early training in the Anusara-style heightened her awareness of the human body and the philosophies of yoga and Tantra. Since then, she has studied pre-natal and restorative yoga and recently completed the Bhakti Yoga Shala Teacher Training. It is in the world of Bhakti that Sarah feels most ‘at home'. The Bhakti practices of devotion, service and living in truth motivate her daily. She is committed to sharing these with her students as they connect to themselves in joyful and enriching ways.
