Tantric Hatha Yoga (or Ayurvedic Yoga Flow) focuses on a detailed understanding and unraveling of the chronic tensions and psycho-physical patterns that keep the body/mind bound, depleted, and disconnected. It is founded on Ayurvedic and Classical Yogic principles and developed within the context of Maha Siddha Dharma, a Yoga Training taught in the context of awakening and Yogic lifestyle. It is a profoundly healing and empowering experience of Yoga the way it was meant to be practiced and taught.
"Yoga is the unwinding of "Nots" AND Knots. My yoga practice begins with a teaching on the practice of "Yes"...Opening up to life as it is, relating to what is. This is the real juice in being a Yogi. I love the reward of sharing this practice. I love to inspire others to open to "What is." This is done through purification of Body, Mind and Speech, awakening ones natural mind! I love to keep a playfulness in my classes and not take it all too seriously!
